oin us to savour the flavours of Malta’s past with the traditional braġjoli!

This exclusive cooking workshop at the magnificent Inquisitor’s Palace in Birgu, being held on Monday 19th August 2024, celebrates a traditional Maltese dish where meat is rolled and braised slowly, reflecting a time when food patterns were influenced by religious customs.

Participants will learn about the cultural significance of braġjoli and enjoy crafting and tasting this beloved local dish.

There will be two sessions – each bilingual – one for kids from 09:00 till 11:30, and another for adults from 18:30 till 21:00.

Adult participants will be offered a glass of wine during each session, enhancing the culinary experience with a touch of local flavour. All attendees are encouraged to bring an extra container to take home their delicious creations.

Important disclaimers: Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible, and the course may expose participants to potential allergens such as wheat, eggs, nuts, and gluten.
