Underground Valletta – IN CONCERT

The Malta Association for Contemporary Music in collaboration with Heritage Malta presents a unique concert inside one of the cisterns of the Underground Valletta site.

Featuring Italian flute virtuoso Giovanni Trovalusci, the programme includes contemporary works for flute, bass flute and electronic music. The audio system installed for this concert will provide the audience with an immersive experience, enhanced by the evocative setting of the underground site.

The venue supports an audience capacity of 20 people who will be invited to sit on cushions during the 30 minute performance. Concerts are scheduled on Friday 1 April and on Saturday 2 April at 7PM, 8PM and 9PM.

This project is part of the Modern Music Days Concert series supported by Arts Council Malta.
