Ahoy, young adventurers!
Join us on Thursday 12th September 2024 at the Tarxien Prehistoric Complex for ‘Seafaring in Prehistory’, a thrilling journey back in time designed for children aged 8 and above.
Starting at 09:00 am, this exciting activity will explore the mysteries of prehistoric seafaring, revealing how the first people arrived in Malta and the treasures they carried across the seas. Each child is to be accompanied by one guardian.
Participants will roll up their sleeves and channel their inner explorers as they embark on a hands-on quest to build a raft. Using simple materials and teamwork, they will craft their own vessels, just like the early seafarers did.
