Due to the current health restriction’s many child-oriented events and activities have been cancelled, often leaving parents at a loss on how to stimulate and entertain their children away from digital devices.
Heritage Malta is now coming to the rescue to offer parents/guardians and their offspring a rare chance to let their hair down.
Rock the Fort!
On the 31st of October, the Education and Outreach section within Heritage Malta will be organising a musical performance aimed at parents/guardians and their young children.
The event will provide the opportunity for parents/guardians and children to socialise, and bond in the safe and socially distanced setting of Fort St Angelo which will be closed to the public for the occasion.
Targeted at parents and guardians with children aged 4 to 5 years old, the activity will be held at Fort. St. Angelo. An opportunity to relax, have fun and dress up, the event includes a brief tour of Fort St Angelo followed by a musical performance given by two young musicians for fellow children. Participants are encouraged to attend wearing Halloween costumes.
Price: 5 euros with coffee break.
Time: 9.30 – 10.30
Tickets: Will be available for purchase online closer to the event.
Due to COVID-19 health regulations, the number of participants for each activity will be restricted to 10 mothers and one child each. Temperature reading will take place and Heritage Malta reserves the right to deny access to anyone with a temperature higher than 37.2 degrees Celsius or if feeling unwell.
