The Rabbit Exhibition

Heritage Malta is organising an exhibition to celebrate the Chinese Year of the Rabbit. This exhibition, based at the National Museum of Natural History in Mdina, will give a general explanation of how rabbits influence our everyday lives. A mixture of information will be on display, from famous cartoon characters to the fenkata, Malta?s traditional rabbit stew.

The National Museum of Natural History has also recently opened a mammal display. This section which includes mammals from Africa, Australia, South America and Europe, has already become one of the most popular displays in the museum.

Tickets for the exhibition, which include entry to the museum, are being discounted on Saturdays and Sundays to ?2.50 per person. Heritage Malta members and children under 12 can visit the exhibition for free. The Rabbit exhibition is open daily throughout April from 09.00hrs till 16.30hrs. The museum will be closed on Friday 22nd April, Good Friday.
