The bids received for Proposals for a monument to Dr Karmenu Mifsud Bonnici, by the 15^th September 2023, include:

Bids of envelope 1 and 2 could not be considered due to the lack of administrative compliance. 

Notwithstanding the above, all bids failed to score highly in the objectives set in the call for proposals, namely:

Heritage Malta and the Jury, and on behalf of the Ministry for National Heritage, Arts and Local Government, would like to thank all the artists who participated in this call for proposals.
