Heritage Malta will be opening four of its museums and sites for free to the general public on Wednesday 15th August, a public holiday. The museums included within this open day are all located within the Citadella, Gozo. Visit the Folklore Museum, the Gozo Museum of Archaeology, the Gozo Nature Museum, and the Old Prison to gain further insight into what Gozo has to offer. 
During this open day visitors will also have the opportunity to become members of Heritage Malta at a discounted rate. Membership includes free entrance to Heritage Malta?s sites and museums for one year and a 50% discount on the normal ticket price for admission to the Hypogeum. Apart from discounts on Heritage Malta?s publications, members also have the opportunity to participate in events that are organised specifically for them throughout the year.
All four museums will be open from 09.00hrs till 17.00hrs (last admission at 16.30hrs).
