ScopeHeritage Malta is embarking on an EEA funded project involving the review of its maritime collection to provide greater understanding of specific areas in this field examining their significance in light of curatorial research. As part of this review we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable photographer to digitise selected collections. In this role, the photographer is responsible to create 2D and 3D material from the collections archives and create on-brand communications photography.

Applicants should present portfolio to demonstrate experience in producing high quality photography for print and reproduction.

Applicants must be in possession of:

  • A diploma in photography (MQR level 4), or an appropriate, recognised, comparable qualification.
  • In exceptional cases, proven experience and expertise of the candidate may be considered in lieu of the full qualifications required.
