Experience Valletta like never before, as you wander through its underground shelters and walkways, and visit ‘Shelter, Famine, Resistance: Life as a Civilian during the Second World War’ before its official launch.
Four tours will take place, at 10:00, 11:00, 12;00, & 13:00. Meeting point: 15 minutes prior to each tour, at the reception of the National Museum of Archaeology, Valletta.
Tickets – Free, for HM Members only. Available later to date at all Heritage Malta museums and sites, or by sending an email on info@heritagemalta.org stating the number of desired tickets and corresponding valid membership numbers.
• For their own safety, children under 12 years cannot be admitted. Children who are 12-15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Underground Valletta is an enclosed underground space. If you are susceptible to claustrophobia, you may experience some discomfort.
• Humidity levels are high and therefore some areas may be slippery. For your safety, please wear closed, comfortable shoes. Visitors wearing high heels or flip flops will not be admitted.
• The site is not accessible to wheelchairs.
