Artist Antoine Camilleri, who left an enduring, spirited impact on the development of Maltese modern and contemporary art, would have celebrated his 100th birthday this year.
To commemorate his oeuvre, Heritage Malta is keen on inviting the public to a talk and discussion dedicated to the renowned artist, taking place on the 17th November 2022 at MUŻA at the Auberge d’Italie, Merchants Street, Valletta.
The artist’s family and the many who knew Antoine Camilleri will be present to share their memories.
Time: 18.30hrs. Admission is free of charge, on a first come first served basis. Several artworks and personal items owned by the artist will be exhibited from the 17th of November till the 4th of December in the Camerone, MUŻA, Valletta.
This project is a collaboration between MUŻA (Heritage Malta) and Antoine Camilleri’s family.
