Plein Air Painting – Workshop for Kids

Unleash your child’s creativity in the inspiring gardens of Villa Portelli, in Kalkara, with a special Plein Air Painting Workshop designed to encourage artistic exploration in a natural setting.

Taking place on the 22nd of April 2025, this engaging workshop offers children aged 7 to 12 the opportunity to develop their painting skills while learning about cultural heritage and the surrounding environment. Guided by experienced instructors, participants will receive support in colour mixing, drawing techniques, and observation skills, while enjoying the freedom to experiment with their creativity.

The workshop consists of two sessions – one from 1:00pm till 2:30pm and another one from 3:00pm till 4:30pm. All materials will be provided, so children only need to bring their imagination.

The participation fee is €10 per child, and one parent or guardian is welcome to attend. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended to secure a place.
