Join us on the 16th of June to experience the Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra Archaeological Park during a late Spring sunset. This event consists of a curatorial tour of these two unique prehistoric sites, as well as the surrounding garigue landscape, a Natura 2000 site, with its many historical features, including the Misqa Tanks, the Congreve Memorial and the nearby Ħamrija Tower.
Enjoy views of the nearby island of Filfla and find out about CORALLO – an ongoing project to raise awareness on and protect seabirds and marine life. All whilst soaking up the last beams of sunshine and admiring the idyllic sunset panoramas from this historical landscape. Tours will be conducted in Maltese and English. Following the tour, refreshments will be served in the Ochre Hall at the Visitor Centre.
Meeting point is at 18:00 hours outside the Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra Visitor Centre.
