Heritage Malta, in collaboration with Compagnia San Michele Malta and the Prioratus Hospitalis Acconnensis from Bologna, will be organising a unique three day event at Fort St Angelo between the 8th & 10th December. For this occasion, entrance to the fort will be half the normal price on Sunday 10th December.

This unique event will portray the history of the Hospitaller Order from its origins in the Holy Land to its expulsion from Malta. Fort St Angelo is the natural choice to hold this event as it holds symbolic significance to the story of the Order and still hosts the Hospitaller Order.

The event includes a number of public talks related to the subject, a concert of historical choral music by Cappella Sanctae Catharinae (on Saturday evening only) and a series of tours around the fort in chronological order according to the periods being represented.

Standard admission fees apply except on Sunday when entrance fee will be half the normal price, that is €4 for adults, €2.50 for seniors, students and youths, and free entrance for children under 12 years. Tickets on Sunday will also include Upper Fort St Angelo, managed by the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.
