Terms and Conditions

  1. Deposit and Payment Terms
    • A 50% deposit is required upon signing of the official quotation or booking confirmation.
    • Full payment must be settled no later than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled tour date.
    • The final payment amount shall reflect the confirmed number of attendees provided by the stated deadline, which is typically seven (7) working days before the event.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds
    • If the tour is cancelled before the payment deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.
    • If the tour is cancelled after the payment deadline, the client shall forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the total amount as liquidated damages.
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance on the day of the tour.
  3. Rescheduling and Third-Party Services
    • Rescheduling and/or cancellation of services provided by third-party suppliers (such as catering, transport, or entertainment) may vary depending on supplier terms and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Amendments to Booking
    • Any changes in the number of attendees or special requests must be communicated in writing within a reasonable timeframe before the payment deadline.
    • Heritage Malta reserves the right to adjust the total cost in accordance with any modifications made to the booking.
  5. Force Majeure
    • Heritage Malta shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes, or acts of nature.
    • In such cases, Heritage Malta will endeavour to reschedule the tour or offer an alternative date or experience, subject to availability.
  6. Liability and Conduct
    • Participants are expected to adhere to all site rules and safety instructions provided by Heritage Malta staff or guides.
    • Heritage Malta accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence.
  7. Governing Law
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
